1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Myanmar Web Design's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Myanmar Web Design provides web design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files and access are transferred.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and mobile payment methods available in Myanmar.
• Late Payments: Overdue payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work. Delays may occur due to:

• Late provision of content, materials, or feedback from the client
• Changes to project scope or requirements
• Technical challenges beyond our control

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to use any content provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project.
• Third-party Assets: Some elements (fonts, stock images, plugins) may be licensed from third parties and subject to their respective licenses.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display your completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions and Changes

Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before work proceeds.

8. Hosting and Maintenance

If hosting and maintenance are included in your package, the terms of these services will be outlined in your project agreement. Ongoing maintenance beyond the initial support period is available through our care plans.

9. Limitation of Liability

Myanmar Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any deposit paid is non-refundable
• Ownership of completed work transfers upon payment

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Myanmar.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
